Third week hitting the gym every day since January 6th.
Waking up every day before the sun, specifically at 5:30AM.
Push Pull Leg routine: Monday push, Tuesday pull, Wednesday leg, Thursday push, Friday Pull and because Saturday the gym opens at 8:30 I’m opting for just running at least 8K (5 miles).
