I’m so in love with going into details in different sphere of my life. It’s creating sense and make me feel like it’s real life and not long to do list. However I saw a pattern related to bussines and corporate field. More diving into details = less efficient employees. Less details and more decision making/ making strategically decisions = more efficient employees. What is your thoughts on that?
