lost my dad suddenly 11 yrs ago today, he was 49

what brings me peace is he didn’t wait to live, he saw so much, experienced so much, enjoyed life w ppl he loved, rarely let anything phase him or worry him, he just lived each day

we never know when it’s our time, don’t wait 🫶

i lost my dad too and i couldn’t agree more - it taught me two things: 

1) as you said, live your life to the fullest, everyday

2) the world is what you make of it, you don’t have to live the life that you were told
