Very good article. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/28/arts/design/art-coaches-mentor-career.html The illustration grabbed me - it’s exactly how I feel about crypto-art socials and many of the grifters, mentors, platforms and gallerists and their ‘advice’. Are we destined to just follow the trad-art model?

I reset all the time. The artistic path is never singular. You take side streets and dead ends periodically and backtrack, reconsider and start again. If you’re not experimenting then you’re not learning.
