Topic of the day sense is health Topic of the day Health I prefer light meals that are easy to digest such as a vegetable stir fry with tofu or fish, and a side of leafy greens like kale or arugula. I avoid heavy, greasy foods that might disrupt my sleep. After dinner, I enjoy a relaxing activity like reading, journaling, or listening to calming music. This helps me wind down before bedtime. I also practice gratitude at night, writing down three things I’m thankful for. This helps me reflect on the day and go to bed with a positive mindset. I drink herbal teas such as ginger, peppermint, or turmeric to soothe my body and boost my immune system. If I have a cold or a sore throat, I use a humidifier in my room and inhale steam with essential oils like eucalyptus to help clear congestion. I also sleep with extra blankets to stay cozy and ensure my body gets the rest it needs. @tylerfoust.eth
