I was in Minsk when I was about 10 years old and I didn't remember it.
Sofia is contrasting, there are new quarals, there are a lot of Soviet buildings, a beautiful centre and a terrible area near the railway station)
Overall I love Sofia, for me it is something more ambitious than Varna where I live)
