We asked what is included in this service we were told that includes washing with shampoos, treatment with some means, etc. up to putting in the coffin. We refused to pay such an amount, then we were offered to pay five thousand rubles "just for sanitary treatment". We were forced to pay to the ritual. Why do mortuaries sell their services through ritual companies? Where should we complain? After all, according to the law, we have the right to free services of the morgue, and from paid ones we have the right to refuse.
