This seems legitimate. 

What is my web3 wallet ? 

I have coinbase wallet installed (Wallet on homescreen) but this email says I can send to coinbase wallet.

When I click "web3 wallet" in the app it brings up this screen.

SOLUTION : 

Turn off advanced trading to see and use your web3 wallet.

It doesn't seem to work while advanced trading is turned on. 🐾

Hi! You can find it inside your main Coinbase app after you turn off Advanced Trade. Tap on the banner to go to your web3 wallet and see what balances you have in there.
