Our longterm goal is to achieve 1 Ggas/s capacity for Base, and we need to keep scaling to get there

This week, we're starting to increase Base's gas target by 1 Mgas/s each week — now going from 10 to 11 Mgas/s

from here on out, we will increase by 1 Mgas/s/week, giving both app and infrastructure builders more predictability
