🎩 Ancestor of Degens 🎩 The Penguin was actually the most popular villain in the original Batman but Burgess Meredith supposedly was so busy with other gigs that the producers had to catch him passing through Hollywood to use him. So they pre wrote Penguin scripts to bring out when they got the chance.
