What is your favorite pasta? 😋 I have chicken and mushroom, I'm sharing my recipe: 250g (8 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice) 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips 200g (7 oz) mushrooms, sliced 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 200ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream 100ml (1/3 cup) chicken broth 50g (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 😋 Cook the pasta-Cook the chicken-Sauté the mushrooms-Make the sauce-Combine everything-Serve 😋
