Western governments have obviously been obsolesced by the Internet. The question is what comes next.

It feels like we might drastically split two ways. Either micro-states of control via small gov or companies (ala Snowcrash). Or the rise of essentially a “global citizenship” that instead may have a tiered system (we’re basically on this road rn).
