Although I don’t know how to comfort you, because comfort often feels futile, I can sense that higher dimensions might truly exist. When a loved one passes away, it’s only their physical body that leaves, but there is something I can genuinely sense—perhaps an energy or consciousness that doesn’t disappear but transforms and moves on to where it belongs, maybe even to a place better than Earth and our dimension. It’s just the end of one journey, not a true end.
