Deconstructing my new song so that I can play it live has had me remembering some of my favourite laid back tracks from back in the day. A Tribe Called Quest’s - Electric Relaxation is one tune that always used to calm me down. Thought I’d try a little cover/mash-up just for fun! Shouts to Jazz OG Ronnie Foster too whose music inspired Tribe to make what has to be one of their most classic tracks. Interested to know what other people listen to when they want to wind down.
