Something I really love about Ben Thompson is that he is constantly talking about the same idea and evolving as new information is available. You could write about Agency every month and my guess is it would get more interesting over time and help people to really understand.

This is why the best thinkers are often 'one big idea' people – they go deep rather than wide. Looking back on my writing the last few years, I basically focused on 1-2 big ideas a year, even if it didn't feel like that in the moment.
