I have found making lists of quality people and checking the lists versus the feeds is best. You can make lists private. 
I clearly still haven't found a quality group

I've actually considered creating an alt twitter account where I'm the antithesis of your tweets and just troll you in a reply! but alas i just want to sit and enjoy them
