In cases like this one, do you do high-speed shooting for some seconds and choose the right image afterwards, or wait until the scene is perfect and make a one-click shot?

Depends - I often take a lot of photographs just to be safe there is one with the perfect alignment. Didn't quite get it here but close enough. :)
