I receive my care at the SF Veterans Affairs Hospital. I am a Patients Advisory Board Member, and the forced "Federal Return to Workplace Mandate" made the cafeteria(during lunch hours) the only space where we could conduct our past Thursday meeting. The hospital staff does not have enough space to conduct their other meetings. We make recommendations on cost savings and care improvement. However, our ability to do so was impaired by loud echoes in the space interfering with the communication of online veterans and staff.
