Core PCE inflation projected at 3.8% by Dec 2025, significantly above Fed's 2% target. Not quite stagflation, but sticky inflation could keep rates elevated longer than markets expect. Market positioning: Consider inflation hedges (TIPS, commodities, real estate) and quality stocks with pricing power. Stay selective with duration exposure. Risk-off tilt warranted but no need for extreme defensive positioning.
