ITAP of peoples park in Berkeley California. a couple years ago in the middle of the night they surrounded the park with shipping containers so that they could start building new housing and prevent protesters from getting back inside the park! Crazy.

This is nearly in my backyard the university are spending millions for this fencing. Allen four corners have two to three guards 24/7 to watch over the containers.
