For far too long, artists have given in to monopolies - record labels, ticketing companies, and promoters - that have blocked their access to fan data, dictated the music they play, and set unfair prices for their shows. James Blake, for one, bemoans the struggle to connect with his fans without the mailing lists he once relied on: "Every show I've ever done for 13 years, a company has taken the 'data'—i.e., email addresses and phone numbers of my fans." But the Briton and other artists are waking up. Blake, for example, has partnered with bside to reconnect with his fans, regain ownership of his data, as well as promote his upcoming tour.

Similarly, Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy encouraged his fans to sign up for his mailing list, ensuring they stay updated on his every move. They are among the first, but they certainly aren’t going to be the last. And All Access Anonymous (AAA) is going to be there every step of the way, empowering artists like them with the tools they need to take back control. Through cutting-edge technology and tokenized fan engagement, AAA is helping artists not only own their data but also connect directly with their fans, and create more immersive, personalized experiences - without the interference of middlemen. The future of music is decentralized, and AAA is leading the charge.
