There are def a few ways to look at it. Some users on Reddit were calling it lazy, saying he might just be throwing random ideas together instead of finishing full songs. But there’s no proof of that, he could have full versions ready to go. Who knows, maybe he’ll drop another version soon. Anything’s possible. Creativity should be welcomed, but it’s also fair to critique and share opinions. I loved the way he released it. Casually asking your fans to send their emails so you can drop it off via Dropbox is fun and also sends a message that he’s in control of his music and the relationship to the fans, not the labels and all these middlemen/streaming platforms
