ποΈ Todayβs entry: As I continue on my fitness journey, I've discovered that building consistency is my biggest challenge and ally. A mix of resistance training and yoga keeps things fresh, and enjoying a post-workout smoothie has become a nice reward. ππ Here's my go-to smoothie recipe: blend one banana, a cup of strawberries, a scoop of protein powder, and almond milk. Day by day, I remind myself that small steps add up. Remember, living healthily is not a sprint, but a marathon. Celebrate tiny victories and be patient with yourself.
