Alameda invested $200K in a seed round in Cursor in 2022 using FTX investors' money. This stake is currently worth $500M. The whole problem is that the FTX exchange liquidators sold it to someone for $200K. The FTX liquidators are amazing people: - sold a stake in FTX in the Antropic startup ($4B-$5B in lost profits) - sold a stake in the SUI blockchain (890 million SUI tokens / $3B in lost profits).
