- no phone time. But if you’re, like all of us, an addict:

protect your feed, - cosmos is my safe space. i curate my feed to be textures, art and architecture 

- journal journal journal, splash those anxieties and ideas right onto the paper 

- go somewhere new. Nature, bookshop, a different neighborhood. take it all in 

- get bored and take an artist nap; just daydream 

- read something physical. books = brain exfoliation
