As someone who spent a lot of time in that system I found the article laughable in its very very basic assessment of what was happening - what even was BTCLT? I have no memory of that. Was always clout or deso if memory serves but yeah I totally believe he was taking the money and buying ridiculous shit with it for himself and his family. It’s just funny that those exact same token schemes are what are gaining popularity here today
