i had a flat white at 4pm yesterday and i couldn’t fall asleep until 3am how do people drink coffee all day is my brain that sensitive or are your brains that jaded

Likely depends on the habit - if you don’t normally drink coffee in the afternoon, it threw your sleep off My last caffeine dose usually happens between 2 and 4, and I sleep fine
