Some early computer artworks by new media pioneer Samia Halaby. Halaby began coding what she calls ‘kinetic abstract paintings’ on her Amiga computer in the 1980s. She later developed a program to create these paintings live alongside live musicians. If you’re in London go see her work at Tate Modern!
