Overthinking is still one of my biggest challenges. It’s not the kind of overthinking that stops me from taking action, I don’t hesitate when I want to do something because I trust that nothing truly bad can happen Instead, it’s the overthinking that creeps in when I’m deeply invested in something Thoughts like What if it goes wrong? What if it doesn’t work? keep stirring in my mind This kind of overthinking is pointless because it pulls me away from the present moment. It distracts me from what I’m doing and shifts my focus to scenarios I can’t control I’ve realized that everything happens for a reason, and what’s meant to be will unfold in its own time I have no control over the future My only power lies in what I do now🌹
