weird to me that if you ask anybody why great companies fail, they’ll tell you it’s because the culture somehow died or got messed up, but some of those same people don’t carry that through to countries and why they fail. it’s the culture, stupid.

Totally agree! 🌍 Culture is key, whether in companies or countries. If it shifts or weakens, it can lead to failure. 🤔🔑
