The faces we see, the masks we wear – who are we beneath the surface?
This artwork from my Metamorfaces series explores identity as a fragmented, multi-dimensional construct. Using analog stencils, digital distortion, and glitch techniques, this piece represents the delicate balance between individuality and reflection. The dual faces, mirroring each other in a kaleidoscope of textures and colors, ask us to confront our perceptions and question what lies beyond the facade.
Through this work, I delve into the tension between analog tactility and digital abstraction, blending them into a surreal yet familiar portrayal of identity in flux. It’s a dance of color, form, and disintegration—a visual story of transformation and the search for self.
What does this reflection say to you? 💭
