🟡 Yellow member Jer @seattlecrypto.eth recently launched /coppanouns, a really neat soccer/football/themed fork of Yellow with bracket-like gamification.

🟡 He mentioned in a cast today that he will be in Miami where the Copa America finals are being held on Sunday, but that ticket prices are prohibitive. 

🟡 I propose that Yellow retro reward Jer 0.5 ETH from our grants wallet for his Coppa contributions, which will cover a game ticket to the final if he would like to go.
