1. do the right thing, even if it's hard
2. put the team over the individual
3. work hard
4. push boundaries with creativity
5. stay optimistic

Be a 50 year old single dad of a toddler and come on FC to cheer everyone on, mint some stuff during naptime, and think about how I can make sure she's based when she grows up.
