This isn't related to SuperBoring, it's related to subscriptions you have open already and those you start now. All subscriptions now have a loyalty bonus, so the longer they're open the more you earn, up to 3x after 2 months. All your existing subscriptions have the multiplier applied depending when you started them.

I'm trying to make a claim, but suddenly it says I haven't subscribed. But I had enough DeGene and now Alpha isn't mined, but it keeps disappearing.
