Hi @vijay, @0xfran, I wanted to revisit the issue of the penalties against @sarfrazkhan, @fani150, and @eco444. I understand and respect the need to maintain an orderly and spam-free environment, and I value the work you do to achieve this. My intention in writing is not to question your decision, but to appeal to the community spirit that I believe we all share in Alfafrens. I firmly believe that a positive and collaborative environment is fundamental to the project's success. Active participation and member enthusiasm are invaluable assets. I know that @sarfrazkhan, @fani150, and @eco444 are regretful if their actions were misinterpreted and genuinely want to contribute to the community. They have also expressed their inability to reach you directly and have asked community members to mediate on their behalf. I wonder if there would be any possibility of reconsidering their situation, perhaps by establishing a dialogue to better understand what happened and find a way for reconciliation.

Hi @alexescd.eth, per our thread announcing the release of Seasons 1-3 rewards, we noted that several accounts had taken part in spamming and so were disqualified. To put it into perspective, these accounts sent identical spam messages to over 10 different channels on over 10 different occasions, in some cases almost 100 occasions, so nearly 1000 messages. They did not earn reward points organically through quality content and genuine consistency. Despite that, we have not banned these users, they are welcome to participate in a more organic way in the current and future seasons. We will disqualify anyone who tries to manipulate platform rewards at the expense of real creators.

Understand. I feel for them when they get blocked from filing a claim, even though it's because of the rules, since they're friends, after all I always greet there.
