So use warpcast.com on your computer ( not mobile, not some app)

Go to change your pfp as you have w/ some image. 

Then select what gif you want to use. Make sure it is 10mb or less. 

And presto! It should work! I've found smaller gifs are better. Mine was like 3.5mb or something
