I believe that corporate surpluses should be reinvested in the organisation and the communities dependent on their value chain, once investors and early risk takers have been paid.

It seems to me that anything else would tend towards the exploitation of some of the parties, including the environment.

Any arguments against this? I'd love to hear them.
