Adams offered Randels island. They want Central Park. I’ve done the big loop around Central Park on a bike and I am not the fastest and I would hit 50+ MPH on the drop. Would be crazy to see it in Central Park and they might actually maintain the roads inside as a result.

They could totally use something like Floyd Bennett Field. People race on it anyway. Might as well put it to good use.

10+ years ago there was a proposal to use the run around Englewood Cliffs in NJ and down to Hoboken maybe.

Central Park would be a nightmare logistically. But so would Randall's Island.

Some of the street courses have no visibility at all beyond the corner.

I feel like central park has too many trees for good visibility…but it would be absolutely insane to see
