When was the last time you have to code under pressure? With time constraints and someone judging you the whole time?

Well, I was an SRE, so while it wasn't often if we did our jobs right, there were definitely times where it was necessary to execute under extreme pressure while in a war room.

But I agree with the sentiment, which is why I've been giving the option to candidates.
