How do you onboard 1,000,000,000 people when you ignore the 10,000 that are still here? How do you make progress by replaying zero sum games solved in 2017? How can you call these experiments when there's nothing new in the equation?

not sure that has to be true for social— tech twitter is still the dominant force on x, snapchat’s still young people trying to get nudes… reddit, discord, linkedin still have the same primary base. can anyone actually label the user base here well, i wonder?
