the premise is value being lost from quick whale sales and no utility accruing since value is grabbed without it only an idealistic team can survive without restrictions same as a normal company (i think)

pay them (split) to hold (lockup) pay them more if they hold more redistribute downstream price goes down -> people claim rewards -> buy more normal news cadence: conduct team buyback & burns in between dev updates partner with rest of eco, unlock cross-token multipliers, reward those invested heaviest; gamify holding: time/size tons of things you can do to “create attention” (create value and attention finds it)

idk i haven’t came around to the premise that holding is the most valuable thing an org needs, i carry a more product/utility based vision for daos superseding traditional orgs. needing ppl to hold is a symptom of non idealistic teams + no restrictions for ownership/sale 🤔

it’s not about needing them to hold, it’s about creating a fruitions system that simultaneously compounds & redistributes capital it’s about making them WANT to hold do this, an any project has an endless supply of capital, growing distribution & should have no problem with talent or contribution then you can take the vision wherever you want
