tbh i prefer them without the onion and garlic, don't think i'll try that experiment again. these lasted bit under 2 weeks.

they also go great with a hot sauce i was using ghost pepper sauce i'd say was kinda mild for the potential

Never had pickled eggs, I'll definitely give them a try next time... I remember traveling throughout the country and some gas stations with huge jars of those along with other CRAZY things in jars (Crazy to someone NOT from around there)
