Is the final result of the code a list of contract addresses?

Got it (newish to evm). I used pyevmasm disassemble_hex on the code column of the parquets provided, here is an example output for one contract. Is this a valid use of pairing?

I am concerned the tutorial lists "PRECOMPILE_REGEX = r"PUSH1 (0x[1-9]) GAS STATICCALL" as GAS STATICCALL does not appear in my disassembly

That would be great for this bounty
