1) read some files and apply <template>
2) read more files and use <template> to write <template2> essay
3) execute shell script to create "one-shot-context(.)md"

one-shot-context(.)md informs an LLM on the entire project. opensource.

in addition to this:
- includes ./timeline.md and ./todo.md
- uses templates as a combination of format and internal or external document workflow

prob the first time i've actually been agent pilled. also obvious project management needs revitalized from the ground up, probably coder centric. 

i can't help but imagine outgoing messages on the righthand side after executing a workflow written in organized layman
