recently learned that the farm bill in PA classified "hemp" legally and THC illegally, however, because THC is only produced from THCa after combustion they've essentially created a loophole to legally sell untested weed in Pennsylvania. It's full of pesticides and highly dangerous imo. very bad and sad for our communities as these shops spread out of control. in essence, an unsmoked joint is legal while a half smoked joint is illegal.
