web3 credential-based professional networks as a standalone are mostly ngmi for a simple reason: they don’t solve my problems—they solve some recruiter’s problem. it’s credentialism dressed up, but badges don’t build careers—relationships and results do. they skip the things that actually matter—job stacking, automation, leverage—and double down on crypto-native branding for someone else’s problem. at best, it’s a datapoint in recruiter automation.

Linkedin is trash but once upon a time it was a decent social graph to find someone who knew someone to solve {insert problem}… thought this was LENS until it faded away
