How Videocoins Solve the Chill Guy TikTok Meme IP Mess “PhillipBankss” (behind the Chill Guy meme) is threatening legal action over unauthorized use—but what if this had been a success story instead? Imagine if Phillip had uploaded the meme first on @drakula or @zora. Not only would it have cemented Chill Guy as the largest market cap under his control, but profits could have flowed directly to him. The meme could have thrived as a shared cultural moment, with fans buying in and driving its viral spread. The real issue? Platforms like pumpdotfun are still too clunky and inaccessible for most artists to use. It's not a habit they have. But this is changing fast. With better tools like Drakula rising, we can hope the industry learns from stories like this and flips legal challenges into life-changing opportunities.

There isn’t a money problem. People are literally offering him hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars that he is refusing because of the stigmas the plague crypto

I think about this every day. When will big IG and TK accounts (inlfuencers) move to @drakula and @zora ? And when will their audiences realize that they too, are going to get rewarded. Sometimes I think it could happen at any time, and sometimes I wonder if there is anything missing.

These are nice ideas but Phillip hates crypto. He would have never done that. The issue is not how the memecoin team went about it. They offered him a lot of money and he turned it down. He just doesn't want crypto to exist in any form.
