the withdraw time of 7 days is the same on any optimism superchain which is base / zora / optimism and others. however, all of these chains have non-native faster bridges which you can use via coinbase app, orbiter finance, zora's instant bridge and others.

Base is faster if you have a Coinbase account. Because it's Coinbase's L2 network, they'll bridge Base ETH instantly to L1 when you transfer to your account. Otherwise, native bridging from Base to L1 within your wallet is *also* a 7-day wait period, same for any Optimism L2. https://docs.base.org/tools/bridge-faq/
