today at walmart, i stood in front of the chips aisle, then the ice-cream aisle, and walked away empty-handed. i debated spoiling myself or indulging in comfort food bc ive been stressed af lately, but nope, i walked away. all the effort to lose 15kgs this year keeping me strong 😮💨
