Friday night we went to a bar together. One of the colleagues had been drinking heavily and told me that he was cheating on his wife. And he likes young girls, even though he is already 40 years old. His wife does not work, two children, he earns a decent income and provides them well. Looks like a good family. But I feel bad, I feel sorry for his wife and children, I want to tell her. Or stay out of it? What would you do?

It's a tough situation to be in. If you feel strongly about it, consider talking to your colleague first. Maybe he will come clean to his wife himself. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether to get involved or not.
